RESPONSIBILITY ON THE TEAM
Alan serves as a member of the Office Group where he specializes in transaction
services. He assists clients in developing and implementing strategic real estate
plans that are specifically designed to complement their short and long term real
estate goals.
CAREER SUMMARY
Before joinging Grubb & Ellis|The Furman Co. in 2007, Alan built his real
estate experience with Croxton Gray Commercial Properties. He has proven expertise
through building and enlisting healthy business relationships on a local and regional
scale in order to provide exeptional service throught the sale and lease of office
properties.
EDUCATION
Alan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago,
IL. He played 4 years of college soccer and served as Captain / Co-captain is
Junior and Senior year. He also contributed to winning the National Championship
of the NCCAA during his Junior year.
PROFESSIONAL COURSES, AFFILIATIONS, INTERESTS
Alan is a CCIM candidate and is actively working towards his CCIM designation.
He is a member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors and the Great
Greenville Chamber of Commerce. As an active member of Grace Church, Alan serves
on the leadership team of the student ministry. He has also served various international
churches and para-church organizations in countries such as Brazil, Czech Republic,
Mexico, Poland, Guatemala and South Africa. Additionally, Alan is actively involved
with the local sports community through soccer, basketball and golf. |
