RESPONSIBILITY ON THE TEAM
Gerald Peek serves as a member of the Industrial Services Group, where he is
responsible for the sale and leasing of warehouse and plant facilities throughout
Upstate South Carolina including industrial investment properties.
CAREER SUMMARY
Gerald has been building his experience in sales and marketing since 1983. More
specifically, he has practiced commercial and industrial real estate since 1990.
Gerald joined The Furman Co. in 1993 as an industrial agent.
EDUCATION
Gerald attended North Greenville Jr. College and Bob Jones University. He also
completed several graduate-level courses as part of achieving the CCIM designation
from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
PROFESSIONAL COURSES, AFFILIATIONS, INTERESTS
Gerald has served two terms as the Chairman of the Commercial Division of the
Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, and was voted the 1998 Commercial
Realtor of the Year. Gerald has also been an avid volunteer for the Greenville
and Mauldin Chambers of Commerce. He is married and has four children. His hobbies
include boating, golf, Harleys and water well ministry in third world countries.
