THE FURMAN CO., COMMERCIAL, LLC TO AFFILIATE WITH CB RICHARD ELLIS GROUP, INC. IN THE UPSTATE REGION OF SOUTH CAROLINA

Greenville, S.C. – February 1, 2010 – CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (CBRE) today announced that it has signed an affiliate agreement with The Furman Co., Commercial, LLC, one of South Carolina’s leading providers of integrated commercial real estate services.

The brokerage and facilities services company will be branded as CBRE|The Furman Co., and will represent the Upstate region of South Carolina, including Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Abbeville, Cherokee, Greenwood, Laurens, Oconee, Pickens and Union counties. Previously The Furman Co., Commercial, LLC had been the Grubb & Ellis affiliate in the market.

The parent company, The Furman Co., Inc., is Upstate South Carolina’s oldest and most respected full service commercial real estate firm.
