RESPONSIBILITY ON THE TEAM
Justin Hirsch partners with Clay Driggers within the Land Services Group, where
he works on the consulting, brokerage, and development of vacant and improved
land. Justin specializes in the research, marketing, valuation, and financial
analysis of land development projects, with an emphasis on master planned communities.
CAREER SUMMARY
Prior to joining The Furman Co., Justin worked as a Graduate Assistant under
Dr. Terry Farris and Dr. Neil Waller of Clemson University focusing on market
analysis, financial feasibility, and other research related items in the real
estate industry. Justin was also an intern with The Furman Co. under Dee Smith
and Clay Driggers while completing his graduate degree at Clemson University.
EDUCATION
Justin earned a B.S. in Financial Management with an emphasis in Real Estate
and a Master of Real Estate Development degree, both from Clemson University.
PROFESSIONAL COURSES, AFFILIATIONS, INTERESTS
Justin is originally from Pawleys Island, South Carolina. He enjoys playing
golf, watching Clemson athletics, and traveling with his wife. Justin is a licensed
Real Estate Broker in both South Carolina and North Carolina and is also an active
member of the Urban Land Institute, the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors,
and Upstate Forever.
