RESPONSIBILITY ON THE TEAM
Rip is a member of the Industrial Group where he is responsible for the acquisition
and disposition of warehouse/distribution and manufacturing facilities. He assists
clients in developing and implementing strategic real estate plans that are specifically
designed to complement their business’ short and long term needs.
CAREER SUMMARY
Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis|The Furman Co., Rip worked with Hanson Brick.
Throughout his 15 year tenure, he was involved with various departments with a
focus on sales and marketing. He has extensive experience with corporate client
consulting, market analysis, promotions and strategic planning.
EDUCATION
Rip attended Clemson University and graduated with Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Rip is a native of Greenville, SC and is a member of the Rotary Club of Greenville.
Rip is also a girls’ soccer coach for Carolina Elite Soccer Academy. He enjoys
cycling, running, golf and Clemson University sports. |
