RESPONSIBILITY ON THE TEAM
Trey is a member of the Industrial Group and also performs investment analysis
for clients developing real estate portfolios. In the Industrial Group, he is
responsible for managing the sale and leasing of industrial properties, including
warehouse and manufacturing facilities.
CAREER SUMMARY
Trey recently joined Grubb & Ellis|The Furman Co, coming from KPMG in Atlanta,
GA. While at KPMG, he performed international corporate tax advisory work and
business valuation services. Additionally, Trey has experience working in business
and real estate law.
EDUCATION
Trey attended The University of South Carolina on a football scholarship and
graduated in 2000 with a B.S. in Marketing and Management, and a B.S. in Sports
Administration. In 2005, he completed a dual degree program earning a law degree
(J.D.) and International Masters of Business Administration (I.M.B.A.) degree.
Trey received a Darla Moore Fellowship to attend the I.M.B.A. program and focused
his course work in finance. While earning his law degree, Trey also worked in
real estate and business law, which is where he focused his legal course work.
PROFESSIONAL COURSES, AFFILIATIONS, INTERESTS
Trey is a member of the Greenville Board of Realtors Association. He also worked
with the United Way as a Loaned Executive in 2007. Trey is a native of Anderson,
SC. He enjoys cooking, traveling and college football. |
